The FBI is supposed to be a nonpartisan agency, seeking justice in a fair and evenhanded way. Unfortunately, as more text messages come out, we’re learning more and more about the mindset of several agents working at high levels within the bureau relating to how they view their fellow Americans. It basically boils down to contempt, with a level of disgust. This is unfortunate because it is tarnishing the FBI in ways it will have a hard time recovering from.
According to newly released text messages, provided by the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs, Agent Peter Strzok, and his lofty mistress, were engaged in a trashing of their fellow Americans concerning a Virginia state senate race. In 2015, Dr. Jill McCabe, the wife of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, was running for a Virginia state senate seat against incumbent Senator Dick Black. Ultimately she lost the seat since she’s a progressive pro-abortion zealot, but Agent Peter Strzok was very disappointed in residents of the district who voted against her, according to Fox News:
Among the newly disclosed texts, Strzok also calls Virginians who voted against then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s wife for a state Senate seat “ignorant hillbillys.” (sic)
That text came from Strzok to Page on Nov. 4, 2015, the day after Jill McCabe lost a hotly contested Virginia state Senate election. Strzok said of the result, “Disappointing, but look at the district map. Loudon is being gentrified, but it’s still largely ignorant hillbillys. Good for her for running, but curious if she’s energized or never again.” [Emphasis added]
Ignorant hillbillys, huh? Well, let me be proud to say that I personally voted against Andrew McCabe’s wife, so when Strzok is referring to people as ignorant hillbillys, he’s insulting me personally. Not that it matters much, since I’d rather be an ignorant hillbilly standing on the side of life, than a “gentrified” person like Jill McCabe standing up for late-term abortion and the sale of baby body parts by Planned Parenthood.
So what to make of this? If we extrapolate this out, it’s prudent to assume that FBI Agent Peter Strzok views every person who voted for Donald Trump as an “ignorant hillbilly” as well. So how then can we expect any investigation he’s involved in to be fair and just? He has taken sides, and he hated Donald Trump, and he clearly hates middle America. It’s more and more evident that people like Strzok existed to help elect Hillary Clinton, and do everything he could to hinder Donald Trump.
Amazingly, it didn’t work, and the American people – sorry – the ignorant hillbillys overcame Peter Strzok and his deep state cronies to put Donald Trump in the White House. Also, just FYI, the plural form of “hillbilly” is actually “hillbillies,” and I would expect gentrified individuals like Peter Strzok to know that.
Let’s not also forget, Peter Strzok was part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation on Russian collusion, but was removed once these embarrassing text messages started coming out:
A top FBI agent, Peter Strzok, was removed from Bob Mueller’s Russia investigation team last summer after reportedly sending text messages “that expressed anti-Trump political views,” according to the New York Times.
Why it matters: Strzok “is considered one of the most experienced and trusted FBI counterintelligence investigators,” per the Times. He previously played a big role in the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s emails.
What happened: Mueller removed him after a discovery of texts in which Strzok and a colleague — Lisa Page, who served on Mueller’s team until July — were reacting to current events in ways that could be construed as “critical” of the president. He’s been reassigned to the human resources department of the FBI.
The whole thing is shameful, and the self-righteous James Comey, former FBI Director, should be apologizing for his agency’s conduct rather than arrogantly taunting House Republicans as they try to seek answers for the American people.
In short, the FBI stinks at the highest levels, and needs to be rooted out so it can once again take up the mantle of justice on behalf of ALL Americans, not just the ones that FBI leadership deems “gentrified.”
