Barack Obama drew a distinction between left-wing â€œideologuesâ€ and liberals like him who are a â€œlittle bit conservativeâ€ in their willingness to actually listen to opposing viewpoints. Good thing there are no left-wing ideologues among his supporters; a statement like that might have proved alienating.
He’s a little conservative? Come on! The man has an outrageously liberal record. He’s down the line left wing ideologue.
