Video: Remember November, Obama in 80 Seconds

I seem to be in a video mood lately since I lack the time to post anything substantial. Nonetheless, here goes another round of an awesome video from the Republican Governor’s Association for their new campaign, Remember November.

We Will Remember from Republican Governors Association on Vimeo.

That is also incredibly effective and moving considering it is all true. There are more and more voters everyday waking up to the fact that we’re headed down the wrong road and Bush can no longer be blamed for Obama’s failures.

More on this video from Hot Air:

A dynamite little piece of expressionism from Haley Barbour and the Republican Governors Association, aimed at synthesizing the mood of angry grassroots would-be donors. The message is familiar, but between the HD, the F/X, and the editing, the production values are light years ahead of the usual DNC/RNC crap. If they’re looking to get attention, this’ll help.

An RGA staffer tells the Daily Caller that the clip was made entirely in-house by younger staff members. Video software these days is an amazing thing, my friends.

It is time to take a stand and turn the tide starting in November with the mid-term elections.

I don’t know…The majority of “grass roots” people are just the people who didn’t vote for Obama to begin with. I know, I know… I am going to be told they are really independents and democrats and republicans aren’t apart of the tea party but I don’t buy it.

This site is the perfect example. It has scrutinized Obama before, during and after. I am for some reason suppose to be suprised that it doesn’t and hasn’t supported Obama’s presidency?

The will of the people voted in Obama on healthcare and economy. Did he pass what he wanted? I don’t think so but we all know that nothing passes as we want them too… there are too many people who fight you every step of the way so you compromise.

People are fickle so this november they may or may not sway elections the other way but I am not going to claim there is anything special about it. It is the history of US politics and a simple known fact that you can’t please everyone.

So remember November but don’t act as if you liked or cared for the president at any time before or agreed with the direction he was taking us. I know this because you didn’t vote for him and you lost. You won’t always lose, come november you may win but, for the love of god, stop acting like you were supporters who were lied to because you have always been protesters who have lied too.

  • Bill Hedges

Barack Hussein Obama does well not to please. The twist and turns in each law passed differs from campaign promises and expectation. Some liberal have trouble understanding that concept for some reason. A health care bill is law and a promise keep. No matter the details contained therein.

But polls show people are not pleased:

    “Congressional Performance”
“29% Say Congress Has Passed Legislation Significantly Improving Life”

    http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/mood_of_america/congressional_performance

Maybe JD you would like to refresh your memory of his promises:

“The Obameter: Tracking Obama’s Campaign Promises”

    http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/promises/

    JD said

“stop acting like you were supporters who were lied to because you have always been protesters who have lied too.”

Give quote of example of that. Barack Hussein Obama was given more latitude by some more than others. Who were these fake supporters and show proof. I do not state his lies without proof. Surely you can prove yourself. Surely you are eager to do so. I take great pleasure in unmasking lies.

By all means, quote some of our lies. You are not full of unsubstantiated accusation are you ? You know the value of that.

Alsa, you will probably do your routine hullabaloo. Proof lacking. Instead, try conjoining truth to reality.

  • JD

The proof is in the video. The entire video is done in a fasion that seeks to prove Obama lied during his campaign. I simply point out that the RNC was never in his corner nor did they even vote for him so anything obama does is wrong.

If he did exactly what he said he was going to than the RNC would have made a video showing how what he said is wrong for america. I am just pointing out the propaganda they are looking to spin to try and convince Dems they were lied to.

Just because you can’t connect the dots does not make the point any less true. As for trying to convince you, bill, of anything is like teaching an old dog new tricks. Keep barking because you have no bite.

  • Bill Hedges

So where are the lies. None named and none proven as lies either way. My first link clearly shows the unhappiness of Barack Hussein Obama passed legislation.

I guess I must quote myself:

“A health care bill is law and a promise keep. No matter the details contained therein.”

Links says only “29% Say Congress Has Passed Legislation Significantly Improving Life”

Polls clearly show health care they want repealed in another poll.

    “Health Care Law”
“56% Support Repeal of Health Care Law”

    http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/current_events/healthcare/march_2010/health_care_law

You prove not one lie or one truth. Go figure. So you must insult. Norm.

  • Bill Hedges

    JD

It is not my job to connect the points. That would be your job to make your point.

  • JD

lol. Bill, I don’t have to link something when I not only pointed out the line but connected the dots for you. You just refuse to believe or see it.

As for the links, I will supply links as I see fit to support any paticular arguement. However, the application of a link does not indicate facts. This is because the internet has much mis-information. Hense, the reason why I ignore half of of your ranting pointless links.

The problem is that you don’t have a point but you have a link. If only your could understand the difference. As for your “job” not to connect the points, well, there is little that can be said in response to that. A man with his head in the sand just looks like an ass protruding from the ground to everyone else.

  • Bill Hedges

    Still. Lie nor proven.

  • Bill Hedges

    JD

“Do you think it’s true that: When you insult others it’s because you’re insecure yourself?”

“100% true. Personal insults are the surest way of knowing that you’ve a legit irrefutable point.”

  • “So remember November but don’t act as if you liked or cared for the president at any time before or agreed with the direction he was taking us.”

Um. I don’t believe I ever did personally support Obama at any time since I have never agreed with his policies, they’re wrong for the country. They were wrong before the election and now, enacted as policy, they’ve been proven abysmally wrong in practice.

I don’t think the video is acting like a supporter who was lied to, I think it is pointing out what has happened since his inauguration. Obama said he was going to transform the country meaning he was going to uproot capitalism, empower the federal government and take freedom away from individuals. This is exactly what he did. Many of his moderate supporters were too naive to realize that at the time and some of them have since wised up.

See nobody is saying he lied during the campaign, I knew was a socialist when he ran, most of us knew who were being honest about it.

This is my favorite Barack Hussein Obama campaign lie video. No wonder polls hate obamacare. Such a liar. How can you trust:

    http://www.breitbart.tv/the-c-span-lie-did-obama-really-promise-televised-healthcare-negotiations/

  • Links says only “29% Say Congress Has Passed Legislation Significantly Improving Life”

I recall the arguement being that congress was not reading or going to read the very large health care legislation. So am I to believe that those voting on the “29%” poll read the bill line for line? I am willing to bet my soul that those polled lack information about the legislation they were polled on. I would bet my soul they are voting with the trend of their family, friends, and political affiliations. Polls mean nothing.

  • I am satisfied that Barack Obama won the election. I am also satisfied that the health care legislation passed. I can’t wait for the next big thing he does. This website gets more and more fun to read as Obama “does his thing.”

  • JD

    Dems = Socialist
Republicans = let the poor and sick die (as long as it isn’t you)

Sounds like America has two great parties, eh?

  • Actually Obama is a socialist, not necessarily all Democrats unless they align with his statist policies.

Nobody wants to let the poor and sick die, however, you’re out of your mind if you think people will get better treatment under ObamaCare for a lower cost.

The way to help the poor and sick is by doing the exact opposite of what Obama is doing. You do not empower people by making them dependent on the government. You empower people by teaching them and mentoring them to become dependent on themselves.

  • JD

You and I differ on this… I think you can have government programs to make sure our basic needs are met no matter the situation. Such as police protection or fire protection. The idea is even if you are broke you can call the police. That doesn’t make them dependant, rather, it is an automatic stabalizer.

how do you empower a cancer patient who can’t work and because they can’t work they can’t get healthcare? We are for some sick reason proud to be one of the only countries where getting sick means you make the decision between death or bankrupcy. Why does healthcare need to have “winners” and “losers” in it?

As long as we have people who claim “it isn’t my problem” then it will continue being a problem.

  • “You empower people by teaching them and mentoring them to become dependent on themselves. ” – Nate

Yes, that sounds good, but it is IIIIIIIMPOSSIBLE. trust me. Many ignorant people don’t WANT any better. Others are too lazy. Whether government helps them or not, they don’t WANT to change. The tools to be independent have been out there, people are choosing to not give a damn.
