Kerry endorses Obama

Barack Obama is being endorsed by 2004 Democratic presidential nominee Sen. John Kerry, FOX News has confirmed.

Kerry, a senator from Massachusetts, plans to announce his support Thursday at a rally at the College of Charleston, said a Democrat familiar with Kerryâ€™s decision. The rally starts at 11 a.m., and Obamaâ€™s not expected to take the stage until noon.

Kerry will argue that Obama can best unite the country as the next president, sources tell FOX News.

I can’t see this hurting Obama, but will it help ? Seems like endorsements are pretty much being ignored this election.

I don’t see endorsements making as much of an impact as the media’s bias. However, there are key people who might make an impact. Did Oprah make an impact for Obama in Iowa?

And if Al Gore pushed for Obama, would this counteract the Bill Clinton promotion of Hillary?
