what will be done about the gas surcharges on the electric bills and the gas bills that we recive? I live in centeral ohio and recived my electric bill, i only used 98.00 worth of electric but was charged a 65.00 fuel surcharge on the bill, which in return made my electric bill 175.00 including all of the taxes that are also added on the bills. What can be done to ensure the lowering of fuel surcharges on these bills.
